Conferences and exhibitions provide organisations with the opportunity to present their marketing messages and corporate culture directly to their clients.
T&D Cruickshanks Ltd are regularly involved in constructing temporary structures that will be used at exhibitions.
Construction considerations for such projects include transport solutions, ease of construction, and, recycling options.
In 2005, T&D Cruickshanks Ltd were involved in a project to create a "Global Pavillion" for Visit Scotland for the G8 Summit at The Gleneagles Hotel, Scotland. The pavillion was constructed as a reusable building that could be disassembled and reconstructed elsewhere.
At the G8 Summit, the structure was used as the reception centre for the media.
T&D Cruickshanks Ltd were responsible for the fabrication of the core metal framework for the "Global Pavillion" building and were onsite during construction to ensure the successful deployment of the framework, and to ensure successful integration with the other elements of the building, including timber Glulam beams and glazing systems.
T&D Cruickshanks Ltd are also able to deliver purpose built display units. In the picture to the left you will see a specially constructed display incorporating Gimbal Mountings that can rotate the central display to illustrate the versatility of a new generation of Water Meters that can function on various planes.
